Behold the fabulous!
This is an OC of mine, Prince Cillian of Rosings from a story I'm noodling with. I wanted to have him highly contrasted with the lighting because he's very unpredictable and standoffish. I looked at a lot of "Revolutionary Girl Utena" and Greek stuff as reference for his outfit.
I used a new painting method in Photoshop with the construction of my layers and I really liked how it turned out. Especially that sword.
